If someone made a mod of sheogorath from Shivering Isles into Skyrim I would be really happy. I think he looks like more nicely in TES IV. for example his regalia would be amazing. And I think so Its possible. But How?

Well, the Skyrim character generator is already forty times more complex than the Oblivion one, so I think once people find out how to edit character models, the mod'll make itself.
